Sol Plaatje University (SPU) will run online registration for returning students in 2022 so that we can ensure the safety of our students during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

All returning students must register online (by using their own devices) via the SPU ITS Student iEnabler System.

ALL REGISTRATIONS for returning students will take place *ON-LINE, via SPU’s Integrated Tertiary Software (ITS) Student iEnabler System.

To use the ITS Student iEnabler System for registration, a returning student must have a valid student number, an email address and a unique five-digit PIN (which is sent automatically by the system to the student’s email address).

Login details are as follows:

Username:      student number

Password:       unique five-digit pin (if students have forgotten their pin, they can select the “forgot pin” button and the system will route it to their email address, captured on the system)

All students entering SPU must produce proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19 or be in possession of an exemption letter. See the Vice-Chancellor’s directive on COVID-19 vaccinations for detailed information.

Returning Students who fulfil the requirements for promotion to the next level of study in the relevant programme must follow the Online Registration Guidelines available here.

For assistance with online registration or to submit documentation, students must download the Contact Details for Online Registration Support document for a list of officials who will provide support.
