a supportive and nurturing campus environment that promotes overall wellness. This involves raising awareness about healthy behaviours through targeted education and outreach while ensuring the provision of comprehensive services, training, and critical support tailored to student needs. We offer both virtual and face-to-face counselling sessions. The counselling services are also operated from a holistic wellness model that supports students in terms of their physical, academic, social, emotional, and spiritual functioning. Therefore, we endeavour to provide SPU students with comprehensive and quality health care to ensure holistic student well-being.
