The Forum serves as a strategic platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, benchmarking, and professional engagement on employee relations matters affecting the higher education sector.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ER Forum reports to the USAf\u00a0HR Directors Forum and is regarded as a critical structure within the higher education sector. Employee Relations is a strategic function within universities, contributing significantly to institutional stability, good governance, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of workplace relationships.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We extend our sincere appreciation to the leadership of SPU, Finance, ICT, Property, Facilities, Communication and Marketing, and Security for their invaluable support and coordination in ensuring the successful engagement.
