{"id":12279,"date":"2020-09-17T07:08:24","date_gmt":"2020-09-17T05:08:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.za\/index.php\/calling-all-spu-alumni-copy\/"},"modified":"2020-09-17T19:13:13","modified_gmt":"2020-09-17T17:13:13","slug":"2021-ncpetf-study-assistance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.za\/index.php\/2021-ncpetf-study-assistance\/","title":{"rendered":"NCPETF 2021 study assistance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/ncpetf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Northern Cape Premier\u2019s Education Trust Fund<\/a> (NCPETF) invites applications from unemployed youth in the Northern Cape to apply for study assistance for full-time studies at any South African institute of higher learning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Students who are eligible to apply are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South African citizens<\/li>\n<li>Residents of the Northern Cape<\/li>\n<li>Current Grade 12 learners, or have completed Grade 12, or are already enrolled at an institution of higher learning<\/li>\n<li>Financially needy and perform academically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply, applicants must write a letter of application directed to the Student Affairs Officer clearly stating the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant\u2019s contact details<\/li>\n<li>Study programme and the name of the higher learning institution<\/li>\n<li>Postal address<\/li>\n<li>Region<\/li>\n<li>E-mail address<\/li>\n<li>Parent\u2019s contact details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The letter must be accompanied by supporting documents listed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Checklist.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Study Assistance Application Checklist<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.
