{"id":17149,"date":"2021-05-29T19:07:02","date_gmt":"2021-05-29T17:07:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.za\/index.php\/spu-at-alert-level-3-copy\/"},"modified":"2021-05-29T19:51:43","modified_gmt":"2021-05-29T17:51:43","slug":"start-of-second-term","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.za\/index.php\/start-of-second-term\/","title":{"rendered":"Message from the VC: Start of the second term"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear SPU Students<\/p>\n<p>Welcome back to campus if you have been away during the recent recess period.<\/p>\n<p>I wish you all well as you embark upon the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> term of the 2021 academic year and want to remind you that your success at university is your responsibility. We provide the support and environment for you to achieve your objectives but it is ultimately up to you to apply yourself to your studies. We want to see each of you succeed in your chosen field of study and for you to go on to become successful graduates and ambassadors of Sol Plaatje University.<\/p>\n<p>It is imperative that we all pull together again this year to complete the academic year by December.
