During this time, he also celebrated International Women\u2019s Day with the Economic Activation Office\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/edhe.co.za\/sweep\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Student Women Economic Empowerment Programme (SWEEP)<\/span><\/a>; where he inspired 20 female students on how to be more resilient as female entrepreneurs in South Africa.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof Friedrich through the DAAD also made funding available for research purposes in CEDAR aimed at assisting in furthering the entrepreneurship initiatives at our institution.
