These systems have replaced manual, paper-based processes with streamlined digital platforms, reducing administrative burdens and improving data accuracy and reporting.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the graduates, Bennie Venter, who joined SITA as an intern, shared his experience: &#8220;I was part of the team that built both the E-Rehab and SMIS systems. It has been an incredible experience, both professionally and personally, knowing that our work supports the Province.&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The internship programme at SITA Northern Cape has been instrumental in empowering young professionals like Venter.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since 2018, the agency has onboarded over 30 graduate interns, providing them with critical ICT skills and experience.
