This bursary provides financial support to full time Postgraduate Diploma, Honours and Master\u2019s students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and are committed to advancing their expertise in academia, research, innovation or related disciplines.<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"black\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"black\"><b data-ogsc=\"\"><u data-ogsc=\"\">Eligibility<\/u><\/b><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"black\">Full time students may apply if they meet the following requirements:<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"black\"><b data-ogsc=\"\"><u data-ogsc=\"\">Honours or Postgraduate Diploma applicants<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Obtained an average of 65 percent or higher in the relevant undergraduate degree<br \/>\u2022 Completed the undergraduate degree in minimum or record time<br \/>\u2022 Provide proof of unemployment for service requirements<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"black\"><b data-ogsc=\"\"><u data-ogsc=\"\">Master\u2019s applicants<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Obtained an average of 65 percent or higher in the relevant Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma<br \/>\u2022 Obtained an average of 65 percent or higher in the research project component where applicable<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"black\"><b data-ogsc=\"\"><u data-ogsc=\"\">What the bursary covers<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Tuition fees only<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"black\"><b data-ogsc=\"\"><u data-ogsc=\"\">Award conditions<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Awards are granted for one academic year and do not carry over<br \/>\u2022 Awards are restricted to tuition fees on the student account<br \/>\u2022 The bursary cannot be used to pay outstanding fees<br \/>\u2022 A new application is required each year<br \/>\u2022 The award is intended for full time unemployed students.
