style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This opportunity is ideal for postgraduate students who would like to gain practical work experience while contributing to student support services University<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Have good academic performance at 3rd year level (added advantage)<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Have knowledge of academic databases such as EBSCOhost and ScienceDirect<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Be able to locate and shelve books accurately within the library collection<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Be able to search and navigate discovery tools such as Primo<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Have strong written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Be digitally literate, including the ability to manage chat and email queries<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><p role=\"presentation\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, system<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assist with processing new library materials<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Shelve returned and used books to maintain an organised collection<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assist students with basic information and library-related queries<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Support students in using library tools and systems, including discovery tools, LibGuides and the self-check system<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Promote library services and resources to fellow students<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assist with booking library venues and study spaces<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures<\/span><\/li><li data-ogsc=\"black\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Participate in library training and development initiatives<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"
