Dear SPU Students and Staff

The University Management is putting in place measures to effectively curb the spread of the COVID-19 infections on campus and its effects on the surrounding communities. To this end, we will delay the start of the 2nd term i.e., classes will NOT commence on Monday, 24 May 2021.

The date of the commencement of classes will be communicated to you on the afternoon of 24 May 2021, together with the arrangements for the continuation of online teaching and learning and the arrangements for residential and returning students.

Please continue to strictly adhere to all COVID-19 health and safety protocols on and off campus.

Kind regards

Professor Andrew M Crouch

Vice-Chancellor and Principal
