Professor M H Kabir, Associate Professor in the department of Accounting and Economics, has been invited to be a guest speaker at a Webinar Expert Lecture titled “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Strategic Planning and going forward post COVID-19”.

The webinar is hosted by the Faculty of Management Studies at Gurukula Kangri University, India and takes place today at 15:30.

Professor Kabir’s presentation will focus on how and to what extent South African listed companies consider CSR issues in their corporate strategic planning to address stakeholders demand for CSR, and how the business sectors can find innovative ways of improving and reshaping their CSR issues in the strategic planning moving forward post COVID-19.
