Guest Speaker for the public lecture, Professor William Gumede, from School of Governance at the University of the Witwatersrand and the Founder and Chairman of the Democracy Works Foundation will talk on, “Intellectual Re-Imagination: What can South Africa learn from the East Asian Development States”.
