USAf statement highlights the risk of instability & increasing student debt

The Universities of South Africa (USAf), the representative body of the 26 public universities in South Africa, has released a statement. This statement raises concerns about student financial aid and the implications of instability that could lead to deeper student debt.

The statement elaborates on the new initiatives by the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) concerning:
