NCPETF 2021 study assistance

The Northern Cape Premier’s Education Trust Fund (NCPETF) invites applications from unemployed youth in the Northern Cape to apply for study assistance for full-time studies at any South African institute of higher learning.

Students who are eligible to apply are:

  • South African citizens
  • Residents of the Northern Cape
  • Current Grade 12 learners, or have completed Grade 12, or are already enrolled at an institution of higher learning
  • Financially needy and perform academically

To apply, applicants must write a letter of application directed to the Student Affairs Officer clearly stating the following:

  • Applicant’s contact details
  • Study programme and the name of the higher learning institution
  • Postal address
  • Region
  • E-mail address
  • Parent’s contact details

The letter must be accompanied by supporting documents listed in the Study Assistance Application Checklist. Should you qualify for funding, an application form will be forwarded to you.

  • Rural Development                         BSc/BCom Information Technology/Systems
  • Engineering
