CEDAR lecturer invited as Chief Adjudicator

Ms Gail Motlhaudi, lecturer at the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Research (CEDAR), was invited this year for the second time in a row to be part of the Frances Baard District Municipality (FBDM) Schools’ Business Plan Competition.

Ms Motlhaudi received an invitation in 2022 to serve as an Adjudicator and enhance the competition by evaluating business plans submitted and presentations given by learners from Grade 10-12 at high schools across the Frances Baard region.

In 2023, Ms Motlhaudi was selected as the Chief Adjudicator to collaborate with a group of panel adjudicators from different industries that facilitate and promote entrepreneurship in the Northern Cape province. The competition began earlier this year, culminating in an award ceremony on 8 December, where Ms Motlhaudi presented the competition report representing all panel members.
