Sol Plaatje University (SPU), in partnership with Standard Bank, will host the SPU Standard Bank Chancellor’s Golf Day on Saturday, 11 October 2025, at the Kimberley Golf Club.
This flagship fundraising event goes beyond the game of golf — it is an opportunity for participants and partners to contribute to the University’s mission of Changing Lives and Enabling Brighter Futures.
All proceeds from the day will support SPU’s Talent Pipeline Programme (TPP), an initiative that assists academically gifted school-going learners across the Northern Cape. Through the TPP, SPU helps prepare learners for success in higher education, thereby strengthening the province’s overall education system.
The day promises an exciting blend of sport, networking, and philanthropy, bringing together the SPU community and partners to make a lasting impact.
