On Friday, 16 May 2025 SPU will host the Lesedi La Afrika Endowment Fundraising Gala Dinner, a pivotal moment to come together and invest in what matters most.
By supporting the Lesedi La Afrika Endowment Fund Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner, you will directly contribute to:
Scholarships: Create financial aid endowed funds for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies to provide support packages for young people to pursue their academic dreams and achieve their full potential.
Infrastructure: Endowed funds to support the design, purchase, construction, restoration or renovation of facilities to expand our footprint and to create a conducive environment for learning, innovation, and growth of our students, staff and community.
Human Capital Support: SPU seeks to build a strong talent management programme that support skills development, staff development, mentorship and employee relations. Strengthening the people who shape minds and lead with purpose.
Social Impact Projects: SPU will initiate and support projects that enables us to create lasting changes in the communities we serve through forging strategic partnerships with community stakeholders.
