The Secretary to Convocation hereby invites all eligible members of the Sol Plaatje University Convocation to attend the Convocation General Meeting. As an alumnus or alumna of Sol Plaatje University, you automatically qualify for membership of the University’s Convocation.

- Notices of motion and matters for discussion to convocation@spu.ac.za
- Nominations for President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Executive Committee members: Submit completed nomination forms and supporting documentation to registrar@spu.ac.za.
- Attendance confirmations for either in-person or virtual participation
Please note that participation is restricted to eligible members of the Sol Plaatje University Convocation, and voting rights are subject to inclusion on the official Convocation roll.
Further details, including the agenda, venue confirmation, meeting documents, and Microsoft Teams access information, will be communicated ahead of the meeting.
