The Frances Baard District Municipality (FBDM) hosted the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2023 from 29 November to 1 December 2023 under the theme “Ideas to Impact”.
Ms Gail Motlhaudi of Sol Plaatje University’s (SPU) Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Research (CEDAR), was invited by the district municipality as a panelist in one of the sessions on the Day of 1 the programme. The panel session focused on Market Analysis and Penetration Strategies for emerging businesses. Moreover, Ms Motlhaudi had the opportunity to share the stage with award winning musician, TV personality, and entrepreneur Bonginkosi Dlamini, popularly known as Zola 7, on this engaging topic.
The event was attended by over 200 entrepreneurs and SMMEs across the FBDM.
