We are excited to announce the upcoming Graduation Ceremony for our students who have successfully completed their qualifications. The event is scheduled for Saturday, 6 May 2023, at the Mittah Seperepere Convention Centre, 10W Circular Road, West End, Kimberley.
Time:
The day will comprise two sessions to honour our graduates. The first session at 09:00 is dedicated to graduands from the School of Economic & Management Sciences, the School of Humanities, and the School of Natural Applied Sciences. The second session at 14:00 will be for the School of Education.
Guests are kindly requested to be seated inside the hall, half an hour before each session, while graduands should line up for the procession one hour prior to the start of their respective sessions.
Tickets:
Please note that this event is primarily for graduands and their guests. Graduands are required to RSVP to [email protected] by 19 April 2023, confirming the number of guests. Each graduand is entitled to a maximum of three admission tickets for their guests (no children under seven years will be permitted).
Attire:
Graduands are required to wear academic attire. This can be obtained from Dippenaar and Reinecke at Central Campus on Friday, 5 May 2023 between 12h30 and 16h30, or at the Graduation venue on Saturday, 6 May 2023 between 07h30 and 11h30.
Photographs:
To capture your special moment, graduands must please pre-book their professional photograph sessions with the official graduation photographers, Gordon Harris Photographers, using the link provided in their invitation sent via email from the University.
